People who study such things tell us that in the developed world about 40% of the adult population will have problems with hemorrhoids at some time in their lives. If hemorrhoids are giving you problems, don’t feel that you are the only one. Far from it! You have plenty of company!

Hemroids are believed to be caused by environmental and lifestyle factors. The two principal culprits are low-fiber diets and sedentary lifestyles and/or work requirements. To lower the chances that you will ever have hemorrhoids (or lower the chances that they will come back, once your hemorrhoids are cured), you need to identify your personal risk factors and then neutralize them.

If hemorrhoids are a current problem for you, you need to find a hemorrhoids home treatment that leads to the healing of your external hemroids and is part of your final, total, permanent cure.

Logically then, you will need to be seeking some effective cures for hemorrhoids, rather than some product to give you some pain relief so you can forget about it for a while.

Contrary to what some of the purveyors of over-the-counter short-term relief products would have you believe, hemorrhoids can be treated, shrunk, healed and cured permanently. You do not have to buy a short-term relief product every week for the rest of your life. Unless you opt for that “solution”. And why would you want to when you can get long-term, permanent relief by curing your hemorrhoids and getting rid of them?

Short term solutions are just that: only good for the short term. What you really want is healing and curing your hemorrhoid problem, then eliminating or modifying whatever conditions helped cause them, so you do not get a re-occurrance of the problem.
