Another way to strengthen and tighten the muscles around your mouth is to purse your lips as if to blow a kiss then widen the aOa of your mouth, a bit like a fish. Yes, it sounds ridiculous and it probably looks a little silly but it is a great way to build up those muscles and reduce lines.
To exercise the muscle of your forehead, you can simply raise and lower your eyebrows. This is to reduce the appearance of lines creases. if you are able to pull your ears back, this will also help in tightening the muscle around and under the eyes plus it gives you a smooth feeling.
Many people also find that as they get older, the skin under their chin starts to sag. While the smiling and frowning exercises mentioned above will help in this somewhat, you may also want to try the following: Tilt your head back so you are looking at the ceiling and then open and close your lower jaw to tighten the muscles there. Itas very effective and can be done easily while watching TV during commercial breaks.
All of the exercises for face strengthening mentioned above (except smiling, which is limitless) should be done a minimum of 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. It takes very little time and provides amazing results. You will be surprised and delighted.
